The Evergreen Neighborhood has many addresses eligible for membership in the Lakewood Bay Community Club.

The easement provides access to the lake for Boating, Swimming, Entertaining, Kayaking, Sunning, Barbecuing, Canoeing, Wading Pool and more.

A place for all ages to enjoy! Events include Summer Concerts, Farmers' Market, Movies in the Park, Art Exhibits and 4th of July spectaculars.

Located a short walk from Evergreen, the Center  produces first-run, year-round musicals and plays in two staging areas. The center offers classes, and has a new artist training center.
